How may I help you?LHA Tenants are available to report repairs, check their rent statements and make a payment on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Pay your rent - LHA are pleased to offer payment by credit or debit card for your convenience. We do this in partnership with AllPay. Please note, you need to have a Paypoint card to be able to use this service. This should have been provided for you at the start of the tenancy however if you do not currently have one please contact your housing officer.

If you experience any problems with the service please contact AllPay on 0870 774 2303. If you have a general account enquiry please contact your housing officer.

Get a rent statement - You can now register to view your rent statements online. Please note, you need to have a Paypoint card to be able to use this service. You will need to give us you Payment Reference and some other information online for validation. If everything checks out ok we will send you a password in the post. When you receive this simply change it and you can start viewing your statements online. Statements update in real time once every hour.

Report a repair - If you wish to report a repair by phone you can contact us on the new Centralised Repairs Team number. Please try and have your repairs booklet with you.

However you can report a repair to us online using our new Interfinder Service from SX3

This simple graphic tool will allow you to easily report the repair to us at your convenience 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
