Each year LHA run a programme specifically aimed at replacing kitchens over 20 years old. This programme is run alongside the Decent Homes programme to assist the association in achieving the Decent Homes Standard.
The 2009/10 Programme has identified 15 kitchens that require replacing, these are properties that fall outside of the areas identified for Decent Homes, but that urgently requires replacements that can not wait until Decent Homes comes to their area.
