Reporting a Repair
If a repair is required within a communal area you can report this to the Customer Contact Centre on 0116 257 67 16. This is an 8.00 a.m. – 8.00 p.m. service. Please report emergency repairs immediately; an emergency is something that presents an immediate risk to safety, security or health for example a burst pipe.
