LHA is pleased to announce that we will be formally joining Local Authority choice-based letting schemes in your area. LHA is committed to assisting our Local Authority partners in meeting housing needs in the communities where we provide homes.

Applicants who require housing need to register with the Local Authority housing options team.

Current tenants wishing to transfer also need to register with the local authority and notify their neighbourhood officer. LHA will then be able to ensure that the transfer application is processed correcly with the local authority.
