As part of the LHA-ASRA group, we are responding vigorously and innovatively to the housing shortage.
We understand the urgent need to build good quality, affordable homes for different groups of people, creating cohesive, sustainable communities, and are taking advantage of the group’s size and expertise to meet that need, efficiently and cost effectively.
With approved investment partnership status with the Housing Corporation, we are consistently meeting or surpassing our targets.
We are also building many homes without social housing grant, such as our £4m scheme of 138 key worker apartments at Kings Mill hospital in Nottinghamshire built using PFI and significant number of homes produced for outright sale.
With volume procurement capacity, the group has secured continued partnership status with the Housing Corporation for 2008-11.
